Due to the complexities and high costs associated with cross-border logistics and customs clearance, Saporigo operates under a strict, finalized international shipping policy. Please review our global resolutions procedure below.
1. International Returns & RTO Policy
All international sales on saporigo.com are completely final.
2. Saporigo Guarantee: Manufacturing Defect or Company Fault
If your issue is genuine and legitimate, please don’t worry! Our global support team is highly cooperative and will resolve your case in your best interest.
3. International Transit Damage & Resolution
We utilize heavy-duty export packaging, but in the rare event that your shipment gets tampered with, changed, or damaged by logistics partners during international transit, we will manage the dispute directly with the courier company.
- Parts Replacement Setup: Based on the severity of the damage, we will resolve the issue by sending replacement parts or components.
- Resolution Tiers: Depending on case-to-case evaluation, these replacement parts will be shipped on a fully free, partially chargeable, or non-chargeable basis.
4. Mandatory Evidence for Genuine Claims
To guarantee a swift and hassle-free resolution for defects or transit damage, you MUST provide verification:
- Unboxing Video Evidence: You must record a clear, continuous, uncut unboxing video and click photos of the package and product when you first receive and open it.
- Official Record Submission: Please send this unboxing video directly to our official WhatsApp number (+91-8307575524) or support email within 48 hours of delivery. Claims without uncut video evidence will be officially denied to prevent return fraud.
5. Non-Refundable Items & Digital Products
The following items are strictly exempt from refunds or replacements unless there is a verified manufacturing defect:
- Digital Products & Assets: All digital downloads, PDF templates, and software purchases are delivered instantly and are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable.
- Customized Orders: Any product involving custom logos or personalized designs cannot be canceled after the digital design is approved and production processing has initiated.
- Customer Damage: Products damaged due to misuse, rough handling, or intentional tampering by the customer.
