Global Shipping & Customs Policy

Welcome to the Saporigo Global Shipping Policy. We aim to make international shipping secure and transparent. This policy outlines our international pricing structure, dispatch timelines, and strict customs clearance guidelines.

1. Global Pricing & Shipping Charges

Our website utilizes a transparent two-tier pricing structure for all international orders:

Base Product Price: The cost of the items selected in your cart.
International Freight Charge: Based on the total weight of your package and your destination country, the international shipping charge will be calculated and added during checkout.

Checkout shows the product price plus the available carrier shipping method, including applicable seller-side logistics, protection and processing charges in the displayed shipping total. It does not include any destination taxes.

2. Customs Duties, Import Taxes & Buyer Responsibility

Saporigo operates exclusively on a DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) basis for all international shipments. This means:

The buyer is 100% responsible for paying any and all customs duties, import tariffs, VAT, or local clearance taxes levied by their destination country’s government.
We have zero administrative control over your local border regulations or the tax amounts they calculate.

NO RTO OR REFUNDS FOR CUSTOMS REJECTION: If you refuse to pay your local import duties, or fail to clear the shipment from customs, SAPORIGO will not accept an RTO (Return to Origin). The shipment will be held, destroyed, or abandoned by local authorities at your liability. In such cases, your order value is strictly NON-REFUNDABLE.

3. Customs Clearance & Standard Documentation

To facilitate international transit, Saporigo strictly follows standardized global export procedures. We securely attach all mandatory commercial documents (Standard Commercial Invoice and Packing List) with every shipment.

DOCUMENTATION DISCLAIMER: We do NOT provide separate, country-specific compliance certificates, life certificates, or customized legal documents requested by your local authorities. All live and necessary information is already provided on our standard invoices. If your local customs authority demands additional certifications or halts the package for specialized documentation, it is your sole responsibility to procure it and clear the package.

We are legally bound to declare the exact commercial value of your order on export invoices and will not undervalue shipments or mark them as “gifts” to bypass your local laws.

4. Order Processing & Dispatch Timelines

Standard Processing: Eligible regular international physical orders are normally dispatched from India within 5 business days after payment confirmation, excluding Sundays and public holidays. Delivery transit time starts after carrier handover.
Custom Orders: Orders requiring personalization, custom printing, or design finalization may take longer; the applicable estimate is shown before purchase. Temporary fulfilment notice: selected physical categories ordered from 13 September to 15 October 2026 are scheduled for dispatch after 15 October, with up to 15 additional days if required, as shown at checkout. This exception overrides the normal 5-business-day dispatch target for those affected products.
Tracking: Once your order is handed over to our international logistics partners (the shipping service selected at checkout), you will receive a verified tracking link via email to monitor your package’s journey.

5. Transit Damage & Replacements

We pack our export shipments with heavy-duty protective layers. However, if you find the product damaged inside an intact box upon delivery:

You must share an uncut unboxing video and clear photos of the damaged product within 48 hours of delivery to our support desk.
Resolution: Depending on the case evaluation, we will dispatch necessary replacement parts (on a fully free, partially chargeable, or non-chargeable basis). If the fault is entirely from our manufacturing end, we will provide a complete replacement free of cost.
