1. Use License & Copyright Restrictions

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or product media) on SAPORIGO’s website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. Under this strict license, you may not:

• Modify, replicate, or copy any website materials.
• Prohibited Commercial Use: Commercial exploitation, unauthorized sharing, or replication of our proprietary smart stationery page layouts, transparent tracing templates, or board game mechanics is strictly prohibited.
• Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software or digital files contained on the website.
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notations from the physical or digital materials.

Violation of these restrictions will automatically terminate your viewing license and may result in legal action. SAPORIGO reserves the right to terminate this access at any time.

2. Disclaimer & Product Performance

All materials and products on our website are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

• Stationery Products: Please note that our semi-rewritable and rewritable notebooks utilize specialized coated paper technology. They cannot be claimed as synthetic waterproof or non-tearable layouts. They are engineered so you can use any standard ballpoint pen to write, erase, and reuse multiple times. SAPORIGO makes no warranty against damage caused by heavy water exposure or intentional rough tearing.
• Board Games: Our 3D tabletop games contain small parts and modular components. They are recommended for ages 14+ and should be kept securely away from infants to prevent choking hazards.
• Fitness Equipment & Craft Labs: SAPORIGO makes no warranties regarding fitness equipment for a specific medical training level. It is the customer’s sole responsibility to follow provided assembly manuals and structural load limits carefully to ensure personal safety during workouts or installations.

3. Digital Products & Custom Orders

For orders involving digital downloads, custom logos, personal designs, or custom-printed notebook covers, the following strict parameters apply:

• Approval Requirement: The buyer must explicitly confirm and approve the final digital design layout preview shared by our team via Email/WhatsApp before dispatch. No claims for design modifications or printing errors can be accepted after your approval.
• Cancellation Tiers (Physical Custom Items):
  • Before production begins: 100% Full Refund.
  • After design approval & production initiated: A processing fee (covering customized raw material waste) will be deducted from your refund.
  • Once Shipped: All customized products are strictly non-returnable & non-refundable.

4. International Shipping, Customs & Cargo Fulfillment

By purchasing from saporigo.com, you explicitly agree to our comprehensive global fulfillment standards:

• No RTO / Abandoned Shipments: If an international customer refuses to pay customs duties or fails to clear the shipment, SAPORIGO will not accept an RTO (Return to Origin). The shipment will be destroyed or abandoned by local customs. In such cases, the order value is absolutely non-refundable.
• Domestic Heavy Cargo (India Only): Free shipping applies to standard packages nationwide. However, for Heavy Items (like gym benches) going to courier-classified EDL (Extended Delivery Locations), additional freight charges apply. We will contact you before dispatch for approval; if you reject the charges, the order will be cancelled with a full refund.
• Post-Dispatch Cancellation: If a standard order is canceled or refused after dispatch, a mandatory deduction (Actual Logistics Charge + Processing Fee) will be applied to the refund.

5. Limitations of Liability & Accuracy

In no event shall SAPORIGO, its parent firm, suppliers, or logistics partners be liable for any damages (including but not limited to loss of data, business interruption, loss of profits, or physical injury due to improper equipment handling or incorrect DIY installation assembly) arising out of the use or inability to use the products on our website.

The materials appearing on the website could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. We reserve the right to make changes, updates, or price adjustments to the website materials at any time without prior notice.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

Commercial business operations, tax filings, and institutional B2B orders are officially governed under our parent legal entity: Shree Parmeshwari Enterprises (GSTIN: 03BRQPA9522D1Z2).

These Terms & Conditions are governed by, interpreted, and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal disputes, claims, or compliance issues arising from website transactions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Jalandhar, Punjab, India, where our operational headquarters reside.
