Return & Refund Policy
General Returns
- You can return any eligible product within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with proof of purchase.
- Certain customized or limited-edition products may not be eligible for return.
Return Shipping Conditions
Domestic Orders (under 5 Kg):
- Customers are required to arrange return shipping from their side.
- Upon receiving and verifying the returned item:
- We will reimburse your return shipping cost against a valid courier invoice OR
- Offer a flat refund of 20% of the product value, whichever is lower.
International Orders (under 1 Kg):
- Customers are required to arrange return shipping from their side.
- Upon receiving and verifying the returned item:
- We will reimburse your return shipping cost against a valid courier invoice OR
- Offer a flat refund of 20% of the product value, whichever is lower. .
Large Orders (Over 5 Kg):
- Return process remains the same as above, but reimbursement is capped at 7.5% of the product value or invoice amount, whichever is lower.
- Orders must be returned from eligible pincode locations only.
Reimbursement Calculation Notes:
- If a standard courier invoice (without GST) is submitted, the net invoice value (excluding GST) will be considered for reimbursement, subject to the applicable caps.
- If a tax invoice is issued in our firm’s name , and includes GST, the reimbursement cap may be extended to include the total tax amount actually paid by the customer to the courier partner, provided a valid GST invoice is submitted.
- This policy ensures fair reimbursement to our customers and maintains compliance with tax and accounting practices.
