1. Returns
You may return an item within 7 days of receiving it, under the following conditions:
- Proof of Condition: Please provide an unboxing video as evidence of the item’s condition upon arrival. This video is required to process your return and must be submitted along with your return request.
- Initiate Return: Contact us via email or through our contact page with your order details, the reason for the return, and the unboxing video.
- Return Shipping: We cover return shipping costs if the product is defective or not as described. For other reasons, customers are responsible for the shipping costs.
- Condition of Return: Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when received to qualify for a refund.
2. Refunds
Refunds will be processed once the returned item is inspected:
- Order Cancellations: You can cancel your order within 10 days if it has not yet shipped. If approved, refunds will be processed immediately upon cancellation.
- Refund Processing: Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 5-7 business days after approval of the returned item.
3. Damaged Shipments
If your package arrives damaged, we strongly encourage you to reject the shipment:
- Reject at Delivery: If the package is visibly damaged at delivery, please reject it and notify the carrier.
- Report to Us: Immediately inform us about the damage and share any photos or descriptions of the package.
- Refund or Replacement: Based on your preference, we will either issue a refund or send a replacement once the damage is confirmed.
4. Shipping
- Dispatch Time: Orders are dispatched within 2-3 days of order confirmation.
- Delivery Time: Delivery times vary depending on your location and shipping provider. The maximum estimated delivery time (ETA) is 10 days from dispatch. If your order has not arrived by then, please contact us for assistance.

5. Return Shipping Costs
- Shipping Costs Covered by Us: We cover return shipping costs for shipments weighing less than 1000 grams, provided the return is due to a defective or incorrect product.
- Customer Responsibility: For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
