Return & Refund Policy
At Saporigo, we strive to provide the best products and customer experience. In case you face any issue, our Return & Refund Policy ensures a fair and transparent process.
General Returns
- You can return any eligible product within 7 days of delivery
- Returned items must be:
- Unused, unwashed, and undamaged
- In original packaging with all tags intact
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (invoice/order ID)
- Non-returnable items:
- Customized or personalized products
- Limited edition, clearance sale, or final-sale items
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling
Refund Timelines
- Once the return is received and verified, refunds are initiated within 3–4 business days.
- Refunds are generally credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank/payment gateway.
- Customers will be notified via Email/SMS/WhatsApp once refund is processed.
Return Shipping Conditions
Domestic Orders (≤ 5 Kg)
- Customer arranges return shipping.
- Upon receipt & verification:
- Reimbursement = actual courier invoice (excluding GST), OR
- Flat 20% of product value — whichever is lower.
International Orders (≤ 1 Kg)
- Customer arranges return shipping.
- Upon receipt & verification:
- Reimbursement = actual courier invoice, OR
- Refund up to product value — whichever is lower.
- Note: For international orders, only product value (per return conditions) is refundable.
- The mandatory ₹3000 shipping deposit is non-refundable (adjusted against courier costs).
Large Orders (> 5 Kg)
- Same process applies.
- Reimbursement capped at 7.5% of product value OR actual courier invoice — whichever is lower.
- Returns accepted only from serviceable pincode zones.
📑 Reimbursement Calculation Notes
- Standard courier invoice (without GST): Net invoice value (excluding GST) considered, subject to caps.
- Tax invoice in SAPORIGO’s firm name (with GST): Reimbursement may include GST if valid invoice is submitted.
This ensures fair reimbursement while maintaining compliance with tax & accounting regulations.

Notebook Cover Customisation
- Customisation as per buyer’s design/logo.
- Final design/preview shared before dispatch.
Order Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Once shipped → No cancellation allowed.
- Pre-shipping cancellation (after design approval & processing start): 25% processing fee deducted.
- Pre-shipping cancellation (before processing start): 100% refund.
Approval Requirement
- Buyer must confirm design/preview before dispatch.
- No claims for changes after approval.
Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable
- All customised products are strictly non-returnable & non-refundable once shipped.
