• Customisation provided based on buyer’s design/logo.
• Final design preview/shipment images will be shared before dispatch.
   

Order Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
• Pre-shipping cancellations:
  • After design confirmation & processing: 25% deduction as processing fee.
  • Before processing starts: 100% refund.
     

Approval Requirement

• Buyer must confirm design/shipment preview before dispatch.
• No change requests accepted after approval.
   

Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable

• All customised products are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable once shipped.
   

• Domestic orders (India): Shipping charges may be included depending on product listing.
• International orders:
  • Shipping charges communicated at checkout or separately.
  • All customs duties, tariffs, and inland taxes must be borne by the customer only.
  • SAPORIGO is not responsible for customs delays or additional local charges.
     

• All payments must be made in advance via approved payment methods.
• Prices listed are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
• For B2B and wholesale orders, special payment terms may apply (communicated separately).
