 At Saporigo, we’re committed to shipping your orders efficiently across India and select global locations, while maintaining transparency in service coverage and returns.

• Pan-India Shipping:
  We ship to all serviceable pin codes across India using trusted courier partners.
   
• Global Shipping (Lightweight Only):
  International shipping is available only for products weighing 1 kilograms or less. Global orders are accepted only where logistical support is readily available.
   
• Serviceability Check:
  In case your address or pincode is not serviceable, your order will be automatically canceled and your payment refunded in full.
   
• Large Shipments (Above 5 kg):
  Heavy orders are shipped only to the pincode zones listed in our logistics sheet (linked below). Please check pincode serviceability before ordering. Orders to remote or unsupported locations may require additional delivery charges or may not be fulfilled.
   

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
   
• You will receive an email/SMS/WhatsApp notification with a tracking link once your order is shipped.
   

• Within India (Under 1 Kg): 3–7 business days
   
• Within India (Above 1 Kg): 7–10 business days (to serviceable locations)
   
• International (Under 500g): 10–14 business days (select countries only)
   

• Free Shipping on prepaid orders above ₹499 (India only).
   
• Orders below ₹499: shipping charges of ₹40–₹60 may apply.
   
• COD charges may apply (wherever applicable).
   
• International orders: shipping is calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.
   

Before placing a bulk or heavy order:

• Please check the serviceability of your location using our Pincode Sheet (linked below).  
• If your area requires special delivery support, we’ll reach out post-order confirmation.  

• Saporigo reserves the right to decline delivery or adjust refund terms if the location is unsupported or shipping becomes non-viable.  
• All refunds are processed within 5–7 working days of product receipt and verification.
