Pan-India Shipping

• We ship to all serviceable pincodes across India using trusted courier partners.
   

Global Shipping (Lightweight Only)

• International shipping is available for selected products and countries 
• Orders are accepted only for destinations with reliable logistics support.
   

Large Shipments (Above 5 kg)

• Heavy or bulk orders are shipped only to specific pincodes listed in our Logistics Serviceability Sheet.
• If your pincode is not serviceable, your order will be cancelled automatically and your payment fully refunded.
   

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
• Once shipped, customers receive an email/SMS/WhatsApp notification with tracking details.
   

• Within India (≤ 1 kg): 3–7 business days
• Within India (> 1 kg): 7–10 business days (only for serviceable locations)
• International (≤ 500 g): 10–14 business days (select countries)
• International Express: 4–5 business days (where available)
   

Domestic (India)

• Prepaid orders above ₹499: Free Shipping
• Orders below ₹499: Flat fee of ₹40–₹60
• All domestic prices shown are inclusive of applicable shipping charges (no hidden costs).
   

International Orders

• A minimum pre-shipping deposit of ₹5000 is required per order irrespesctive of the Quantity..
• Final shipping charges = Actual courier cost + 15% handling fee (handling fee is non-refundable).
• If actual courier cost is lower, the excess will be refunded post successful delivery.
• In case of non-deliverable international locations, no handling fee will be charged.
   

• Before placing bulk/heavy orders, customers must verify serviceability using our Pincode Serviceability Sheet.
• If your location requires special delivery arrangements, we will contact you after order confirmation.
   

• If an order cannot be shipped due to non-serviceable location or logistical constraints, it will be cancelled and fully refunded.
• Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after cancellation/verification.
