Step into the regal role of a mighty emperor and build your empire from the ground up. In Emperor Struggles, strategy meets diplomacy as you send your trusted commanders to claim independent territories, gather vital resources, and outmaneuver your rivals in a battle for domination.

In this immersive strategy game, players take on the role of Emperors, each commanding four loyal commanders represented as pawns. The challenge:

Collect key resources from surrounding kingdoms, navigate rival territories, and tactfully deploy your pawns to annex independent regions.

But beware—the path to supremacy is filled with obstacles, including interception, imprisonment, and tough negotiations. You'll need both tactical planning and clever trades to stay ahead.

Whether you're defending your empire or intruding on foreign lands, Emperor Struggles promises hours of strategic depth, unexpected turns, and thrilling conquests.

The board unfolds a grand map of four dominant kingdoms:

🏔️ Mountains, 🏝️ Coasts, 🌵 Deserts, and 🌳 Forests.

Between these lie independent territories that can only be claimed with a perfect blend of resources:

• 🔧 Logistics
• ⛏️ Minerals
• 🍚 Food grains
   

Each territory borders 2 or more kingdoms, and only by collecting the right resources from the surrounding empires can you assert control.

Start from your capital, deploy your commanders, trade wisely, avoid interception, and be the first to influence and control the greatest number of territories!

1. The board features 4 terrain kingdoms + shared independent territories.
2. Each kingdom (player's base) starts with:
   • 🪢 Rope cards
   • 🧰 Tool cards
   • 💰 10 Money cards

            3.   Commanders are placed at marked starting positions (safe zones).
 

• 🎲 Roll the dice to move your emperor pawn along marked paths.
• Commanders follow strategic placements across territories.
• Use Entrance/Exit Gateways (color-coded) to enter/leave kingdoms.
• Pay 1 money card to the king each time you visit/revisit a kingdom.
   

• Use:
  • 🪢 Rope Cards to collect Logistics
  • 🧰 Tool Cards to gather Minerals and Foo 
• All used cards must be handed to the King of the kingdom where you collect them.
• You may trade tool/rope cards with other players for money and vice versa.
   

• ⭐ Star Position: Instantly claim any available resource from that kingdom.
• 💰 Money Symbol Tile: Collect 1 money card from the kingdom’s treasury.
• 🚨 Safe Zones: Start positions protect commanders from being intercepted.
• 👑 Imprisonment: Kings can capture intruding commanders—free them with ransom or diplomacy.
   

• To claim a territory:

1. Collect at least 1 Logistics, 1 Food Grain, and 1 Minera 
2. Discard the card 
3. Place a Commander pawn on the claimed region
    

• 💎 Territory Points:

• Dual-border territory = 30 points
• Quad-border territory = 50 points
   
• 📦 Resource card values if unused:

• Resource cards = 3 points eac 
• Tool/Money cards = 1 point each
   

The game ends when:

• Majority of players agree 

                   OR

• No more territories can be acquired
